Service 03
Cross-border trucking between the US and Canada
Truckload freight between the United States and Canada, with eManifests filed and customs paperwork checked before the truck reaches the border.
Most border delays start before the truck leaves the dock: a missing commercial invoice, an eManifest filed late, a customs broker who was never told the load was coming. We treat the paperwork as part of the haul — confirmed with you and your broker before pickup, so the crossing itself is a formality.

Frequently asked questions
Do you clear customs for us?
No — customs clearance is performed by a licensed customs broker acting for the importer. As the carrier we file the eManifest and give your broker the PAPS or PARS number they need to release the shipment.
What causes most border delays?
Incomplete or inconsistent paperwork: invoice values that do not match the bill of lading, missing HS codes, or a broker who has not received the PAPS/PARS in time. Checking documents before pickup prevents most of these.
Is cross-border freight priced differently?
Yes. Quotes account for border processing time and any crossing-related fees. These are itemized on the quote.
